Kimeric Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: July 15, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Kimeric software application and related services (together, "Kimeric" or the "Service"), provided by Arith Studio LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). It is part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service, and it applies to everyone who uses Kimeric. By creating an account and confirming that you have read and accept our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and this AUP, you agree to follow the rules below. If you do not agree, you may not use Kimeric.

Capitalized terms that are not defined here have the meaning given to them in our Terms of Service.

1. How Kimeric works, and what that means for your responsibilities

Kimeric is software that runs on your own computer. It helps you turn a screenplay into an AI-generated short film by coordinating ("orchestrating") calls to third-party artificial-intelligence providers. Two facts about how Kimeric works shape this entire policy:

  • You bring your own provider keys. Kimeric does not itself generate images, video, or text. The actual generation is performed by third-party AI providers (for example, Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, Kling, WaveSpeed, and Topaz) that you connect using your own accounts and API keys, and that you pay directly. We never receive, hold, or process your provider keys, and we do not pay those providers on your behalf.
  • Your content stays on your machine. The screenplays you provide, the prompts the software builds, and the images and video you generate are created and stored on your own computer. We do not host, store, receive, or have access to that content — and because it never reaches us, we do not and cannot review or pre-screen it.

Because you supply the inputs, use your own provider accounts, and generate and keep the resulting content on your own machine, you are solely responsible for how you use Kimeric and for everything you create with it.

2. Who may use Kimeric

You may use Kimeric only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if that is higher) and are legally able to enter into these terms. Kimeric is intended for adult creators and filmmakers.

Kimeric is not available in countries or regions subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions or embargoes, or to persons on U.S. government restricted-party lists, as described in Sections 2 and 20 of our Terms of Service. By using Kimeric, you represent that you are not accessing it from, and are not ordinarily resident in, any such country or region, and that you are not such a person. You are also responsible for making sure that your use of Kimeric — and of the AI providers you connect — is lawful where you live.

3. Comply with your AI providers' terms

Because Kimeric operates through your own accounts with third-party AI providers, your use of those providers through Kimeric is also governed by each provider's own terms of service and usage or content policies. You agree to read and comply with the terms and acceptable-use or content policies of every provider you connect, and you acknowledge that each provider independently applies its own content moderation and may restrict, block, or terminate your access to it. Nothing in this AUP narrows or replaces your obligations to those providers.

4. Your inputs and your rights

You are responsible for the screenplays, descriptions, images, and any other material you provide to or use with Kimeric ("Inputs"), and for the images, video, and other content you generate ("Outputs"). You represent and warrant that:

  • you own or have obtained all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to use your Inputs with Kimeric and with the providers you connect; and
  • your use of Kimeric, your Inputs, and your Outputs do not and will not violate this AUP, any applicable law, the rights of any person, or the terms of any provider you connect.

5. Prohibited uses

You may not use Kimeric to create, attempt to create, or facilitate any of the following. These are categories of prohibited use; the list is not exhaustive.

Content involving minors

  • Any child sexual abuse material, or any sexual, sexualized, or nude depiction of a minor — whether real or fictional. This is strictly prohibited, with no exceptions. We will terminate access immediately and report such material to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

Real people: likeness, voice, and deception

  • Sexual or intimate imagery of a real, identifiable person created or shared without that person's consent, including sexualized "deepfakes."
  • Any depiction, replica, or simulation of a real, identifiable person's face, likeness, or voice — whether a public figure or a private individual — created without that person's consent, including to impersonate them, to deceive, or to falsely suggest their endorsement, participation, or statements.
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or impersonating content of any kind, including disinformation, fabricated endorsements, scams, or content designed to deceive about a real person, organization, or event (including elections).
  • Sharing or publishing AI-generated or AI-manipulated content without a disclosure that the law of your jurisdiction requires — for example, laws that require deepfakes or other synthetic depictions of real people, places, or events to be labeled as artificially generated, including under the European Union's Artificial Intelligence Act. You are responsible for providing any legally required label or disclosure when you share or publish your Outputs.

Illegal, harmful, and abusive content

  • Anything that is illegal, or that facilitates or promotes illegal activity.
  • Content that harasses, threatens, bullies, defames, or doxxes any person.
  • Content that incites or promotes violence, terrorism, or violent extremism, or that demeans, harasses, or incites hatred or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Content that promotes, encourages, or provides instructions for self-harm or suicide.
  • Content that infringes anyone's intellectual property — including using copyrighted screenplays, characters, or other material you do not have the right to use — or that violates anyone's privacy or other rights.

Circumventing safety and technical controls

  • Using Kimeric to evade, disable, or work around the content-moderation or safety systems of any provider you connect, or any safeguard within Kimeric itself, in order to produce content that is prohibited here or by those providers.
  • Using Kimeric from, or to provide the benefit of Kimeric to anyone in, a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, or evading the regional access controls described in our Terms of Service (for example, misrepresenting your location to circumvent a sanctions block).
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of Kimeric, except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits; circumventing any license, access, or usage control; or using Kimeric to violate any provider's rate limits, security, or terms.
  • Introducing malware or other harmful code, or otherwise interfering with or disrupting Kimeric, the providers, or other users.

6. We do not monitor your content

Because your Inputs and Outputs stay on your own computer and never reach us, we do not monitor, pre-screen, or have access to what you create with Kimeric. The fact that we do not monitor your content does not waive any rule in this AUP, and it does not make us responsible for your content or your use. Where Kimeric surfaces a provider's moderation result, or runs an advisory check of its own, that is informational only and does not relieve you of your responsibility to comply with this AUP.

7. Reporting misuse

If you believe someone has used Kimeric to violate your rights — for example, to misuse your likeness or infringe your intellectual property — or to create content prohibited by this AUP, please contact us at support@kimeric.ai with enough detail for us to understand the issue: what happened, the content or account involved (if known), and how to reach you. We will review the reports we receive and take the action we consider appropriate, which may include suspending or terminating the account involved.

Because we do not host user content, we generally cannot remove content from a user's own computer or from a third-party provider; our enforcement is at the level of access to Kimeric (see Section 8). Where appropriate, we may also direct you to the relevant AI provider, which controls its own systems and content.

8. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and, at our discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your account and your access to Kimeric for any violation or suspected violation of this AUP or our Terms of Service. We may also take any other action we believe is necessary or appropriate, including cooperating with law enforcement and reporting unlawful content or conduct to the authorities. Providers you connect may independently enforce their own terms against your accounts with them.

9. Changes to this AUP

We may update this AUP from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version and revise the effective date above. If you continue to use Kimeric after an update takes effect, you accept the updated AUP.
